Your account

The Account button in the top bar opens your account page; Escape or "Back to the game" closes it (Closing a pop-up).

It shows the email address you sign in with, and Sign out lives there too. The invite code you typed when you made the account is used once and is never needed again.

You can set your first name and surname, which the game uses to address you in its letters.

You can change your password: type it twice and save, using at least 6 characters.

Careful, saving a new password signs you out on every other device where you are signed in.

The page also holds the tip link (Supporting the game), the privacy policy, the terms, and the two big decisions: a new career and deleting your account.

Forgot your password

Locked out? On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.

If an account exists for that address, a mail with a reset link is on its way.

The screen says the same thing either way, so nobody can use the form to find out whether you have an account.

The link opens a screen where you choose a new password, and saving it signs you out everywhere else, then takes you into your club.

A link works once and expires after a while; if yours is stale the sign-in screen says so, and you ask for a fresh one.

You can ask for a new mail once every 60 seconds, and delivery can take a few minutes.

Starting a new career

You can start over at any time, in the "Start a new career" section of your account page.

It wipes your current career completely: the club, all its players and staff, your money, and every season of history.

Your login and email stay, so this is not the same as deleting your account.

Right after the wipe you found a new club, exactly like your first time.

The confirm box asks whether the new career should show the tutorial again, the bubbles on new screens included; it is on by default (Your first session).

What a new career asks first

The wipe is immediate and cannot be undone, so the game asks you to type your club's exact name first.

The button stays dead until the name matches.

A paused match must be played to the end before a new career can start (Your match saves after every round).

If your save is broken and will not load, the game still offers the reset on that screen.

The word to type is then RESET, because your club's name is not available to ask for.

That is the escape hatch: a save you cannot open never traps you (Starting a new career).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the Danger zone at the bottom of your account page.

Deleting removes everything at once: your club, all its players and staff, every season of history, and the login itself with your email address.

Your place on the beta invite list goes with it, so you are free to join again later with a fresh code.

It happens immediately, it cannot be undone, there is no export, and nobody can restore it for you afterwards.

Because it is so final, the game asks you to type your club's exact name before the delete button works.

If you only want a fresh start, a new career is the smaller door, and it keeps your login.

AIMperium is free to play and has no ads.

The gold "Support the game" button in the header opens both, and they also sit on your account page (Your account).

A tip is a thank-you and nothing more.

It never adds club money, never speeds up training, and never changes a match result.

Zoom: how big the game is on your screen

The Zoom row on your account page makes the whole game bigger or smaller on this screen: text, panels, spacing and the match map grow together, and the layout stays the same.

The choices are Auto, 100 %, 125 %, 150 %; the change happens the moment you click, and there is nothing to save.

Auto is the default: 125 % on a window 2400 px or wider, 100 % everywhere else, picked again whenever your window changes. It never goes above 125 %; 150 % is yours to pick.

The row shows what Auto decided, for example "Auto (125 % now)". A grey step does not fit your window (Steps that fit).

The choice belongs to this device, not to your save: a new career keeps it, and another computer or your phone has its own.

On a computer, the browser's own zoom (Cmd or Ctrl and +) still works too; the two add up, and neither is wrong.

Zoom: steps that fit your window

A zoom step fits when your window is still at least 1024 px wide at that zoom, the width of the game itself.

A step that does not fit is grey with the note "needs a wider window"; make the window wider and it comes alive.

If a step you picked stops fitting, say you unplug the monitor, the game uses the biggest step that fits, and goes back to your pick when the window is wide again.

Auto always fits: it never picks a step your window cannot hold (Zoom).
